Terms of Service (SaaS Agreement)

1. OBJECT AND LICENSE

Inovare (ADM-SAAS) grants your Company (EMPRESA-SAAS) a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App Readiness platform. The software is provided as a service (SaaS).

2. COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Company is solely responsible for managing its clients, cleaners, and appointments. Inovare has no employment relationship with any professionals registered by the Company.

3. PRIVACY AND DATA

We treat your data securely. Your customer information and billing data belong to your Company. Inovare will not access this data except when formally requested for technical support.

4. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION

The use of the platform is conditional on payment for the chosen plan. Cancellation can be made at any time through the dashboard, stopping future charges. There are no refunds for periods already started.

5. STABILITY AND SUPPORT

We work to ensure 99.9% availability. Technical support for the Company is provided via internal chat or official email.
